EcoEarth Wastewater Treatment Plant Tour

PLAY EcoEarth hosted a tour of the local sewage treatment plant on July 24, and it was a truly eye-opening experience. Diane, our guide, walked volunteers through each stage of treatment, showing the science behind wastewater management and the dedication of the 140 employees who work in conditions of odor and eye-irritating sewage every day. Still, staff members continue their important work year after year. We are truly grateful for their commitment to keeping our community's water clean and safe.
